About the Cyst Tracker
The cyst tracker follows individual kidney cysts across MRI scans for individuals with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
For each timepoint, add an MRI image and a cyst segmentation as NIfTI files (.nii or .nii.gz), and the age at the scan. Each cyst should have the same label number at every timepoint. The tracker then shows:
- Each cyst's volume at every timepoint, in a sortable table
- A growth plot of cyst volume against age
- Each cyst on the images, outlined and scrollable through its slices
- Volume histograms for each timepoint
Labels under 0.5 mL at a timepoint are left out. Files are read in your browser and aren't uploaded anywhere. This tool is for research and education, not clinical decisions.
